We chose to work with Rachael as we had originally bought our property from her, so had already experienced her professionalism from a buyers perspective. We knew she was the perfect person to sell this home again - she knows Pacific Beach, Birdrock and La Jolla better than anyone (in fact she lives herself just a few blocks from the house we sold!). Now having experienced Rachael as a buyer, and as a seller, there is no-one we would recommend more highly. Our selling journey began with Rachael valuing our home, providing a full directory of similar past and present listings for us to understand our home value, and then working out what steps we needed to take to fully maximize our home's selling price. This is where Rachael came into her own - she organized EVERYTHING. For example, we decided to repaint the interior of the house. Rachael organized 3 independent quotes for the work, hired the one we selected, arranged everything to do with the work...we didn't do a thing. (We actually separately got a quote ourselves just to double check and it came in at 25% above the price Rachael got for us... she has great contacts!). Same story for handyman, cleaning, window cleaning.... We had issues with our staging - our original staging company didn't do as high quality a job as we wanted. Rachael not only found and organized a new staging company, but paid for the second stager our of her own commission as the original company had been one of her recommendations. If you come across an issue she will for above and beyond to fix it for you. If we ever move back to San Diego, Rachael will be our first call. Thank you Rachael!!

My husband and I were so fortunate to connect with Rachael when we were selling our first home. Let me tell you. She went above and beyond 10 stars would be an understatement. We moved out of the country while our home was on the market. We kept having roofing/deck leak issues; amidst Covid-19, Rachael and her team were at the house for every appointment. She had her handyman come repair blinds, had multiple bids on outdoor furniture to be staged (her contacts were fabulous), coordinated the movers + shippers to pack up our home (it was a big move.), went to our storage unit, shipped us packages we were still receiving, had the carpet + couches cleaned in the nick of time (again, during Covid-19!) took out the garbage cans and brought them back in and that's not even half of the work her and her team did for us.
